Tom Bennett keeps it simple - fresh, seasonal foods cooked well and presented with care and flare.
Tom’s extensive food experience includes cooking for the Seattle Chamber Music Society, the Seattle International Children’s Festival, and the Cucina Amore television show. He opened the Ugly Mug cafe with chef Melissa Nyffeler of Dinette. He also volunteers his talents for St. Clouds’ Homeless Cooking Project and the 2009 Moisture Festival.
Tom looks forward to the farmers’ markets opening this spring, where he can find the freshest local food to prepare in your home or at your next event.
